Players at The Centre agree to abide by the Players code of conduct 

Players agree to honour The Centre's sportsmanship pledge:

By nominating yourself as the team organiser you are agreeing to be the point of contact with the Centre in relation to games times, notice of forfeits or any other matter relating to your team. As the team organiser you agree to communicate the contents of The Centre's terms and conditions to all members on the team.  If a member of the team needs to report an incident or make a complaint, they must first discuss this matter with the team organiser who will report it to The Centre staff. The Centre will follow the incident management process to ensure the matter is dealt with in a professional and timely matter.

Players at The Centre also agree:

  1. The information supplied is true and correct and agree that you will provide relevant evidence if requested by The Centre.

  2. To learn and comply with the Laws of the Game and The Centre Rules & Regulations of Play

  3. To comply with FNSW Statutes incl Registration Regulations, Code of Conduct and Disciplinary & Grievance Regulations (Futsal)

  4. Game play is otherwise ruled by the procedures and penalties for unsporting behaviour outlined by FNSW & Netball Australia

  5. That if you or your child/dependant causes damage to The Centre's property, you will pay for those damages. 

  6.  To the associated risks arising in relation to participating in sport at the Centre and that The Centre will not be held responsible for any injury, property loss or damages that occurs while participating in competitions.

  8. That FNSW and The Centre may use my name & image, with permission, for marketing purposes
